How do I buy a ticket?

You can purchase a SkyDrive ticket from our coach driver (only card payments accepted)
Do I have to print out my SkyDrive ticket?
Your SkyDrive ticket(s) will have a QR Code that the driver can be scan from your smartphone or tablet or you can print your emailed ticket out. The driver can also search your name on his online manifest.
Do SkyDrive tickets expire?
Your SkyDrive ticket is only valid for the booked date unless changed before that date, see below.
Can I change my SkyDrive ticket time / date?
If you wish to adjust or change your booking or wish to cancel it, contact bookings@skydrive.co.nz
Do I have to select a time and date when buying a SkyDrive Return Ticket?
Yes. The SkyDrive booking system requires you to have a date and time to process the booking. You can adjust it by emailing us as explained above.
Can I get a refund on my SkyDrive Ticket?
REFUND, CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
If you wish to adjust or change your booking or wish to cancel it, contact bookings@skydrive.co.nz
When the passenger cancels up to 24 hours before the departing time, the passenger is entitled to a refund of 80% of your booking total to cover admin, booking engine, and credit card processing fees.
- When cancelled by the passenger within 24 hours from the departing time, the passenger is not entitled to a refund.
- Reschedule requests can be made, free of charge, up to 24 hours before departing time. Applications done within 24 hours from departure time are subject to be declined and not refunded.
Missed Departures and Connections
- It is your responsibility to be at the correct departing point (according to your booking) at the recommended time of 15 minutes before the time displayed on your ticket. We endeavour to ensure the service departs on time, and if you miss it for any given reason, you will not be entitled to a refund.
- We are not responsible for third party connections travelling times. Even when we can use our service to connect to others, we will only be accountable for our part of this transportation, not issuing any refunds or taking any responsibilities over what happens with services provided by a third party.

Bus Stops & Routes
SkyDrive is an express bus service between Auckland Airport and the Auckland central CBD. We take the quickest route possible and do not stop between the Airport and central Auckland.
How long does SkyDrive take to get to the airport?
It takes SkyDrive approximately 40 minutes, but please allow extra time if travelling between 8 AM-10 AM and 3 PM-6 PM as these are peak traffic times.
Does SkyDrive have stops along the route?
Skydrive travels directly via the North Western Motorway and the Waterview tunnel, the fastest and most direct route between Auckland Airport and the central part of Auckland City.
Where are the SkyDrive bus stops at Auckland Airport?
The SkyDrive bus stops at both the Domestic and the International Terminals at Auckland Airport. the domestic bus stop centrally located at outside Door 4 of the Air New Zealand end of the building. The International Terminal pickup bus stop is situated in the pickup lane outside the terminal building opposite Door 8. See the maps on this page.(See map further up the page).
Where is the SkyDrive stop in central Auckland?
The SkyDrive bus stop in cental Auckland is on the Hobson Street side of the SkyCity complex. (See map further up the page).
How long does the SkyDrive bus stop for?
SkyDrive buses stop just long enough to collect the waiting passengers, so please plan to be at the bus stop 10 mins before the official pickup time.
Luggage & Restrictions
Does SkyDrive have luggage restrictions?
SkyDrive passengers can bring as much luggage as they require. Our drivers will assist in storing these in a safe place throughout the journey. Oversized luggage such as surfboards, ski bags and bikes are subject to space availability. Bikes must be packed in a bike bag or travel pack
Can I bring food on a SkyDrive bus?
SkyDrive ask that our passengers finish their food before boarding or wait until departing the bus to consume food. It helps ensure that every passenger has a pleasant ride. It includes takeaway drinks such as coffee. Water is permitted in a resealable bottle.
Are guide dogs permitted on a SkyDrive bus?
SkyDrive welcomes aboard passengers accompanied by service dogs or disability assistance dogs. You might have to sit at designated areas depending on the allocated vehicle.
Can I bring children on a SkyDrive bus with me?
SkyDrive welcomes children of all ages and those under four years travel free. You can have them on your lap or in a front-pack carrier.
